Home affairs disrespectful and aggressive to own

Our international flight arrived late into Joburg. Helpful SAA ground staff tried to fast track us through passport control. Home affairs officials became obstinate, physically formed a human line and blocked us from entering the passport queue, began shouting disrespectfully at us, and became aggressive, one official physically shoved an airline passenger, another started shouting out discriminatory statements about South Africans, publicly defaming their own citizens. We were directed to follow a home affairs \supervisor"who stood chatting to one of his colleagues"
