Home affairs disgusting

OTP's are not reaching my cell phone, I have tried absolutely everything I have read and knows, tried putting my sim in another phone, tried calling vodacom (vodacom reset my sms settings, and they are saying if I am getting all the other OTP from other service providers then the home affairs is the problem, restting my network settings, tried a hard rest, I called home affairs to try and change the cell no on the profile and they are telling me that their system is not designed to do this and I must go into home affairs to do the application, so why did you then do this online application to make our lives easier if your sytem cant do anything without inserting the OTP, this is really annoying, and frustrating me
