Home affairs disgrace

Good day is it possible to get help with matters of home affairs. I have app**** for my child a abridged certificate in Heidelberg home affairs in 2016 February it came with wrong details and since then they have been saying they are fixing it up until today they say write emails and telephone calls but even now 6 years later they still tell me they are working on it. My daughter is even doing grade one now still does not have the correct certificate. I have been going to the Heidelberg home affairs for six years now still I do not get any help.
