HOME AFFAIRS _ DISASTER

I am utterly fed up with the Department of Home Affairs. All I require from them is a letter indicating a forename change. I have tried unsuccessfully for the past THREE days to get hold of anyone on the 0800 number and have been left to hold on for longer than 40 minutes each time. The DHA Head Office number - 012 ..... is non operational.

I desperately need assistance.
