Home Affairs disaster

I am sorry to say but this is a useless endeavour. The website does not work. The e-home does not work. I app**** for a smart ID, have not received it. Now I need to urgently fill in a form that requests the date of issue for my ID. Suddenly the date in my ID book is not acceptable and nobody at HA can give me ANY information. Now what?
