Home Affairs delay

app**** for a marriage certificate last year Jan 2019, was advised I would need to wait 6 - 9 months. It's been a year and I have yet to receive the certificate.

I contacted them numerous times and have been logged a case, the agents told me it would be motivated and when I called today, they stated they are awaiting the certificate to arrive.

This matter is URGENT but it seems no one is really interested in assisting or going the extra mile to find out what can be done, because "normal procedure" is not working here. I would like a manager to look in to this or anyone from the department willing to actually do something, instead of giving us the run around PLEASE.
