good day. i want to complain about home affais lynwood on the 2nd of may i went to them for a passport and new id card. after my payment the lady at the counter said 3 weeks then i can came and collect. i only went back last day of july. while i was playing musical chairs till to the front the clerk send me with a piece of paper to a nother section. while i was waiting to be help by the clerk she was busy on her phone. about 10 min later she took the piece of paper that the first clerk gave me check the nr on the computer and told me my stuff is not ready. asked how long will it be before i get my card and passport she rep**** about 6 to 9 months . really why whats the hiccup. i wanted to go and visited my kids now i must whait until the *****up is sorted out. this is really rediculus. please hello peter can you help
