Home Affairs danger zone

I've been trying to get my passport renewed for about a year now. I app**** online but could not pay since my bank is not connected to DHA. Every time I went to DHA the computers are offline or I have to stand in a que for endless hours. Since I have already app**** and just need to pay, I am denied entrance. Since then my application was cancelled because I never reported to finalize the application. Now I have to re apply again but the website is offline due Covid-19. The places are unsafe and any people were ****** at the premises and some even threatened with weapons. Why can't they make more facilities available that is also in more safer areas? These are dangerous locations.
