Home Affairs Centurion Mall was a frustrating experience

Home Affairs in Centurion Mall was a frustrating experience. The service was extremely slow, the environment felt unorganised, and there was a general sense of chaos throughout. There doesn’t seem to be a clear system in place, which makes the process unnecessarily stressful. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me, Petronella, was also quite rude, which added to the negative experience. Overall, the branch really needs better management and improved customer service.
