Home affairs centurion

the inadequate service that I got at centurion Home affairs on the 07th of august 2018 at 11:00am at counter 2 for passport applications.The lady gave me a very low level service.she was talking to me in a very rude manner and raising her voice towards me, of which I found it very unprofessional and unnecessary for her to talk to me condescendingly.i could not get her name as she had no name badge on.she s dark skinned with a tied long hair.
