Home Affairs cause job loss

23 Sept 2014 - Apply for daughter(19) Unabridged Birth Certificate. She works as Au Pair in the Netherlands. <br> Started to phone Dept of Home Affairs HO on 2 December 2014. Phoned them on 15, 19 and 23 December again. Daughter left for the Netherlands on 26 December without this Certificate. Phoned them on 28,29,30 January 2015. Phoned them on 3, 9 February 2015. Since then I phoned almost everyday. The staff at the Call Centre can do nothing but tell you they will pass the message on to their supervisor... then nothing happens further. She still has time till 25 March 2015 to hand this in at the Consulate in The Netherlands. After MANY calls and promises and emails and sending a second set of documents on 9 February 2015, we still have not heard ANYTHING. What am I supposed to do now? My daughter is going to loose her job because of these *********** people and/or system. Please Advice me what I can do MORE to get this piece of paper. Mrs Sandra Grobbelaar My case nr is ***.<br>
