I'm not pleased about the level of service.In Nov 2017 I submitted a pension fund claim for my late brother to the HRM&D and was advised to wait for 90 days.90 days is long overdue when I called GEPF and I was told that they never received the z894 form that I completed and I should contact the relevant person which I did and now I've been sent from pillar to post nobody is giving me any answers regarding this matter.Im not pleased at all
