The roodepoort branch / Hamberg hospital claims to have called 3 times but we did not get any call at all and now the birth certificate is over 30 days and once we actually got to doing the birth certificate we made an error on the name and need to change it but because they listed it as over 30 days the branch cannot help us and we need to take it up with headoffice. And even so we cannot get hold of anyone at all to inquire about this and the person that helped us now requires a certain fee to do the job because the covid situation does not allow them to do it...
