Home Affairs Booking App
I would like to share my delightful experience and thank the people at the Sasolburg Home Affairs reception counter. they advised me on using the DHA Branch appointment booking system. they went even further helping me make my booking and advising me on the load-shedding schedule.
Great work guys the app worked perfectly and hopefully, my id card application goes just as easily.

22 May 2023, 08:35Update to my review, on the day of my appointment I was disappointed to find that the friendly and helpful person that helped me with the e-booking was not in. The other persons stationed at reception were much less helpful and after stating that I have made an appointment I was instructed to go sit in a row to have my picture and fingerprints taken. I remained in this row for 1.5 hours and was the 3rd person from being helped when another person came and asked if I made an appointment, as a result of this I and one other person that just arrived was helped before the two persons ahead of me. I arrived at home affairs at 10:50 and Left there at 13:25. I would still like to give praise to the person at the reception that helped me but he is very much being let down by the rest of his colleagues in that office. If it was not for the other person with an appointment that showed up I would probably have remained in the line until it was my turn.
