Home affairs Bellville is like a one horse town, and the horse is dead!!!

I Have been trying to phone home affairs in Bellville for 2 weeks now and for at least 2 consecutive hours, and there is no answer whatsoever.

Is there anybody working there?????????

My son's father app**** for his unabridged Birth Certificate 5 + Months ago, and we have still not heard anything. The head office in Pretoria keeps telling us that it is on progress.

We were promised that it takes between 4 - 6 weeks!!

We desperately need help!!
