home affairs being ********

Good day I write this review with so many disappointments and regrets on how home affairs its treating and failing people I have a neighbour child who have app**** for his I'd doc from last year June till today nothing its happening he is being send piller to post the child needs to apply for varsity he can't every thing is stucked only bcz of that the child is a south African citizen was born here but was abandoned by the mother so couldnt have the prwvilige to have his birth certificate but has his clinic card and all please assist and save a life
