Home Affairs be there at 3 in the morning to avoid disappointment

I feel so disgusted and disappointed at the Department of Home Affairs in Alberton. I was there to apply for my son's id card. Tried getting a booking via there website struggled for a week and that is why I ended up going to their branch. Got there at 05:45. Only to be told at 09:27 that they are just taking 65 people. Need to come back the following day, so I have to be there at 3 o'clock...lol
