Home Affairs Bad Service

<p>Its been 2 years I have been trying to do a late birth registration and my application has even failed. The problem is that my mom doesnt have a Id hence she cant register my birth. The service we received from Heidelberg Home affairs is so bad that even the Office manager even blamed me for the applications failure after i complained to the provincial manager. I am 19 and am struggling. I cant even further my studies or even get a job. I am asking for help . If we can please be helped. My mom is the only one in her siblings who doesnt have an ID and birth certificate. My grandfather tried to help her get an ID but they were not assisted. This issue os really stressing me out</p>
