Application for PRP submitted in 2017. I have calling and emailing for two years and 3months with no positive feedback. Called on 28.10.19 I was told by th consultant that thy are short staffed. I was Givin numbers to call th permitting section and none of those numbers are in working order. As per th website it takes 1 year and 8 months to get an outcome. Despite of calling and emailing no assistance. Very sad to note there is no delivery service. I am really disappointed.
