Still waiting for a supervisor to call me They confirm my booking with time and date to do my smart ID Take my money Them go cancel my application before my appointment and won't even transfer the money to a new application Useless call centre agent doesn't even know the difference between a refund and transfer and cant even get a supervisor to call me back as apparently they can't come to the phone Cancellation happens on a Sunday but call centre isn't open so have to wait to get an amoeba on the line who has enough brain cells to speak Their system is faulty and the lack of ethical business needs to be changed Yes I am angry
