home affairs a waist of time

<p>I app**** for a Fault copy registration on 30 September 2015, the people in the office then went to put it on the system wrong as a unabridged certificate. It took me 2 months of waisting money and calls to get them to put it on correctly as a fault copy. On the 14th december 2015 it was registered as a fault copy and they told me to wait for 2 months to get it. It is now october 2016 and they still dont have any feedback every time I phone of why the fault registration has not been send over. This is really just a waist of my money. Home affairs should really get people who can give service and speak proper english over a phone.</p>
