Home affairs a mess once again

Yesterday I got an sms that my passport was ready for collection.It was a week after I had app**** for it which was great.This afternoon I decided to go collect it from Edenvale and after 14:30 I got there and the lines were long so I asked where was the line for collection.The security said the long line was fir collection but the system wasn’t working.That was strange cause I heard her telling one of the staff who was coming back from buying food that she’s gonna have to work now that the system was back on.I know that everything worked well at home affairs when we were preparing for elections now things are back to normal,systems not working or workers lazy to work.
