I have been driving 400km to Aliwal North to renew my passport. There are long ques on littered pavements with little or no shade. Spent hours and hours in the ques till the need of a public toilet forces me to decline. Total of 7 trips to try again have been unsuccessful. Drove to Burgersdorp on another occasion just to be told they do not renew passports as a result of Covid, and that traveling has been suspendid. Any advice or guidance will be appreciated.
