I am very very disappointed.

I was on the line for 40 minutes. A consultant answered she then put me on hold, then made me hold and then dropped the call.

Unprofessional! I just wanted her to check something for me.

A new branch opened in Tygervalley, they never answer their phones. The one gentleman that works their treat people like animals.

I am discussed with the service.... It's not a surprise though. The people that work for the government gets paid a decent salary, nice benefits and some of them treat you like you owe them something.

I went to somerset west... It's only men that actually work.. The ladies have their own conversations.. The one didn't know I understand Xhosa and she made a ****** comment.

I work hard everyday, and dealing with home affairs on the telephone... Made my day even more stressful.

People that can actually do the work.. Cant get the jobs.

I'm so Disappointed.
