Its really sad living in a country with technology and we still have to wait in long queues to have our identity done. To add insult to injury the systems are offline. Been trying to get a replacement of my ID document since the beginning of 2024. To make online appointments there is no available dates. Come on government of South Africa, implement better systems that works, for the people.
