<p>My mother went to Home Affairs in Cape Town Wynberg on 18/07/2017 to get a simple stamp on a copy of her marriage certificate, she is a Pensioner and they told her you have to wait a year. A simple instruction and this could not be adhered to. Disgusting to say the least. Kindy assist me with an urgent response.</p>
