Home affairs

We apply for my son's ID online, only to be rejected, because Limpopo Home Affairs doesn't do online application, but nowhere on the website does it state which province's does online application. I have call the helpline only to hear the network is congested, send emails just to cancel and remove the online application, until today nobody respond to help me. I am just frustrated
