<p>I went 2 home affairs 2 apply 4 birth certificates of change of surname in January 2016,they said it wil take 6 2 12 months.January 2017 a called Pretoria 2 find out out he far they were nag they said they only received an e-mail no documents,I went back 2 find boksburg 2 find out they told me they have my document so I must speak 2 Stanley so he can find out at went wrong,he was not there so I left my contact details so he can call me when he get my message and I have been waiting until 2day.I dnt knw what to do</p>
