Home affairs

My husband app**** for his PRP in 2017. I have been calling home affairs for th past 1year and 10 months. I was advised still in process. They did advise in 2018 when I called for th status and enquired about turn around time I was advise 1 year and 7 months. I called on 3/06/19 received th same status I received two weeks ago it's at recommendation. I emailed the supervisor and no feed back was given. I did advise them from the onset if there is any other documents required to advise. It is really embarrassing when we travel to overseas. My husband was stopped by immigration in Johannesburg and questioned despite having the legit document which is TRP. I hope to receive feedback urgently.
