Home affair ridiculous methods and poor delivery

App**** for a Permanent permit 5 years ago have no response or answer on why its taking so long and they dont want to put me through to speak to anyone that can help me nor do they want to allow me to make an appointment to come through to the office and Ive been told by home affairs that they have no complaints departments to log a complaint so they mean my application is not getting anywhere they have no answer nor do I have any way to escalate it further or to receive info
