Home Affair failed me.

Good day my name is Tinyiko. I am a South African; I have a child with a foreigner my child was born outside South Africa. Baby mama left me with the child while she was a month old. I raised my baby alone until she started schooling. I went to home affairs since I wanted to change her citizenship I was painfully rejected, they advised me to go to social workers first then to National laboratory for paternity test to prove if I'm the biological father, the results came out 99.999%. Then I went back to home affairs still! they failed to assist me I was asked to come back with the baby mama before they can assist. fortunately, i found her we went to home affairs together results were still the same, they asked for the later from the Embassy. she went back home to her country to fetch the Embassy letter. when she was back, we went together to the Home Affairs again and again we failed. they asked the mother why she did not put my name in the Birth certificate since I am the father of the baby, she was once more asked to go back to her country and fix the birth certificate before they can grant my baby citizenship.

We've been using money left and right but still no solution. I've been abused by Home Affairs for ages i even have a depression now. It is almost seven years now. Why! I am a South African, but they treat me like a ******** from somewhither. Some Foreigners have ILEGAL SA documents they are enjoying their stay in SA but myself I have nothing to enjoy in my country there's nothing to enjoy. My baby is growing without documents what is there to enjoy? I'm doing things legally, but still no interesting results.

I wish it was possible that I speak directly to the Minister. I don't know who can assist me, but I really need assistance.
