Help of in need of birth certificate

Hi I sit with a big problem I lost my son's unbridge birth certificate than I went to reply for a other birth certificate but when he turned 16 and I took him for his ID they told me the birth certificate is not valed so I pay for a nother unbridge birth certificate more than a year ago at Bellville home affair and still did not received any birth certificate from them I went every second weak to find out what's going on but they respond stays the same they will phone Pretoria and let me know but still nothing I send all my documents to Pretoria but still nothing my son. Is matric next year but I struggle to get him and I'd I need desperately help
