I've got problem with identity document I only have one and I never lost it but to my surprise it was blocked I don't know why when I went to home affairs to check what's going on they said it shows that it bocked but there is no reason why and they can't help me then I suggested what if I do the new one the response was they can't up until it's sorted but again they don't have solution so I don't where to go right now I'm just just good as dead because I don't have identity document
