Heidelberg Home Affairs

This review is for Heidelberg home affairs after standing in a queue for hours when we got to the consultant she turned us a back saying we should go back to the home affairs that changed our surname at first , the person who does that is on leave , she was rude didn’t have customer service , talked anyhow with people especially elders people who really need help , it’s a pity I didn’t take her name but this behavior needs to be stopped especially coming from the people who are supposed to assist us as citizens at all and it’s not the first time experiencing this with this branch

We drove to Springs where we changed only to find out she could’ve assisted us with only changing a surname and issuing the confirmation of change of surname so we can get correct certificate for the kids . These are the departments that are supposed to be effective , good customer service and very helpful to the citizens, it’s not a place where we supposed to accept bad customer service as normal , it’s about time things change these people are supposed to service us ! The petrol driving from Heidelberg to Springs all for nothing , this is unacceptable and something needs to be done
