Heartless Inefficient service

I am 4 days out of hospital after a caesarean and I got to home affairs at 5am. I am in tremendous pain and still people surpassed me that came at 8am. When trying to ask if anyone has a queue for ppl that are out of hospital or for pregnant ladies the first lady told me she cant listen to me, the other which was the office manager said I cannot expect them to create a queue. There were school kids that came fr their IDS at 8 that were assisted faster.
