Have been waiting for new ID for 6 months

I app**** for a new ID document in July 2017, and struggle to write my year end exams due to delay in arrival. I must register to study next year, including sourcing funds - none can be done without ID document. I just came from DHA, Springs branch - and was told it is still in process yet many others who have app**** after me have received theirs. Please intervene ASAP.
