Great Service

Passport renewal took just over 30 minutes. The system they have in place runs very well, no need to bring photo's or fill in forms for passport renewal, it's all computerised. Start at the meeting desk, move to the photo booth, queue for the cashier, wait for them to call your number, scan your fingerprints and your application is done. Staff were on duty at all counters and all seemed very pleasant. A positive experience, thanks guys.
