Great service

I was ****** at gunpoint 5 days before having a baby. My ID book was taken and as I needed this to register the birth of my new baby I decided to go to Home Affairs to apply for a new ID card the day after my incident. It was a saturday (9/4/16) and Home Affairs was open to assist with Voter registration. the queues were incredibly long but everyone from the security guard lady, the man at the meet and greet and a very helpful pregnant lady working behind the counter tried to expedite things for me as much as the could. Dirane working with the temporary IDs was particularly helpful so I would just like to let you know how appreciative I was of their efforts. Thank you
