Great experience

Went to Randburg Dept of Home Affairs to start the process of getting a new ID. My old one was ******.<br> I have allocated the whole day expecting to wait in endless queues. I even imagined having to go back more than once. None of that. Since the refurbishment the service was impeccable. Everything clean and their systems operated like clockwork. So impressed. In and out in under 30 minutes. Attitude of staff so positive and helpful.<br> It is like someone waved a magic wand.
