Great attitude

Good Day We had to get an unabridged birth certificate and apply for 2 renewals of passports( 1 new) at Edenvale Home affair-26 june and 03 July 2015.<br> <br> The queues were long - but moved eventually.<br> The photo booth held the the process -as the numbers must link into the system - the photographer knows how to operate the cameras well until the numbers are adjusted -which can take 30 to40 minutes to get on track.<br> That sounds like a complaint - but JAmes 26 June explained in detail what the process entails -James Really Realy Great with client and managing the queues. Jenny and Magidiguy( unsure of spelling) - guy at the main entrance 03 July. These people mentioned were very pleasant and tried to explain and guide us. <br> I appreciated the full service and I suppose the ques will move faster if the camera booth is sorted.<br> GREAT UNIFORMS and great smiles from the staff.The ladies at the counter are kids friendly and app**** customer care in our government department. Good to see the mostly online features- ONE GOODON ZUMA once the queues are resolved. We got our sms that we have app****- thank you
