Government Facilities - Follow the Process

When the online booking process is followed, this is the definitely my best experience at any government facility. Public walk-ins should be met by an internal consultant liaison of sorts (NOT THE SECURITY GUARD) who knows the correct processes to follow, and the walk-ins should be allowed to have access to the facilities Wi-Fi so they can be shown about the online booking process, etc. Proper communication with the walk-in public will assist with less frustration on all sides.
