Government Departments are nonsense

There is a guy named Bongani at the Home Affairs branch in Orlando West that really needs a reality check. Last Friday after spending 6 hours in line the guy approaches us and tells us that they are knocking off because they are tired and do not get paid overtime. He then hands us some sort of proof that we were there stating we should return on the Tuesday after the public holiday at 7:30. I got there at 7:20 and waited till we got into the building at 8:00. He then approaches people that he works with stating that he wouldn’t be able to stand all of us and they should proceed and have breakfast. Being first in line I only got served at 8:20. Where is the people fist? I’m sure he said he was a hard worker during his interview.
