Government department employees illtreating me and a senior citizen.

I was illtreated and rudely spoken to by a lady at home affairs Pretoria north a.k.a venternes (Mercy Mamabolo) she even told me and the senior citizen I was with that she can never help us without an online appointment. I asked her to explain how the system works for people with no access to internet and then she started raging so I apologized to her and the security guard (Mr Moyeni) called me to the side and given me the best assistance ever. It seemed as though this is what Ms Mamabolo usually does and it is *****ing the department's image whilst there are still good employees like Mr Moyeni.
