Good service from Ncunyiswa and Bronico

Department of Home affairs Located in wynberg. I’d like to give a warm compliment to staff members Ncunyiswa Tomeli and Bronico Preccess(not sure how surname is spelled) for delivering remarkable service today. Their assistance and friendliness really made a difference as we all know these type of services takes a while and can become quite frustrating however the two staff members made it worth while.. the lady at the front desk was just as helpful and attentive not just to me but to everyone. She treated everyone with the utmost respect and treated people equally. I wasn’t too impress with her colleague that was assisting next to her though(I do not know their names unfortunately) she is not friendly with everyone and doesn’t make eye contact with whom she doesn’t feel to make eye contact with. Speaks in a Very aggressive tone to whom she pleases. It’s almost as if she looks down on some according to their presentation, it’s definitely not about colour rather then appearance. I’ve noticed as I was at the desk constantly. The work place needs more people like the other shorter front desk elderly lady and Bronico as well as Ncunyiswa Tomeli. Tomeli has really been a great sport with all that writing and patience. I’d say they need a raise for all good efforts. Bronico is just as blessed with patience and I can tell that they both enjoy assisting these people with all their home affairs problems lol. Awesome guys
