My name is Dorccas Mosioua Ncube I went to Springs Home Affairs on the 16th march to apply for my id smart card with my sister and her two children for passports ,and is not for the first time i went there we got presidential treatment the whole staff that we went to for help all of them VERY EXCELLENT! They attended to us with a big smile and they solve your problem quickly i am from Naturena and Springs branch always give me the service i want i got my smart id ,my sister and her kids (passport) in less than a month!
