Good service

I have been following up on a full birth certificate (unabridged birth certificate) for some time. We did it in May 2017 but for no reason they told me I think a month and couple of weeks ago that the application was filled well. Mind you, I had to call every week for follow up. Along the process of following up, I met a very responsible and patient call center employee who helped until I find the document I app**** for. Sometimes I will call while I am very angry but he will remain calm. And the lady to whom the issue was escalated to managed it well. We need more people of their character.
