Good day I would like to log a complaint about Department of Home Affairs in Bizana 4800( Eastern Cape) Some of the staff members are very rude and careless. I booked for my niece to a an ID there and she received a message with a reference but upon arrival she was told that she is not appearing on the list of the people who booked there. They did not even want to see her message which served as a confirmation that indeed she made a booking. Instead they told her to wait outside with those who haven't booked without doing a thorough check because they that they know everything which is insane and frustrating because they later found out that the person who was assisting those who made a booking ticked her on the list whereas she was denied to do her ID with them. She only finished at 15:00 imagine a person who came early at 8am with an appointment for 9 because of those careless people who are always ready to shout at you when you try to explain.
