Good Cause Letter/ ********** Visa

VFS came to University of Pretoria to help us renew our visa and I submitted my visa for renewal since my study permit will expire on 2019/02/22 but I received a rejection letter on 2019/03/22. I tried to appeal but I got an error on the VFS website though they gave me a reference earlier. This same reference is to be used to appeal but VFS said the reference does not exist. I wrote several times to the department of home affairs but didn't get a reply. I have an admission letter from University of Pretoria and am trying to apply for a good cause letter and immigration officer at Bryon Office gave me an email which I didn't get a response from thereby frustrating the process of getting Form A20 to apply for another study permit or register for my PhD Admission.

Department of Home Affairs claimed that: 1.valid passport which expires in no less than 30 days after expiry of the intended date of departure from the republic: ********** 2. possession of a ********** visa with control number A***5

First my study permit will only expire in 2019/02/12 and the control number on my passport is different. Note: My passport was issued by South African Embassy in my home country.

My school has begun investigation on the matter but the Counsellor Immigration and Civic Services in my home country only returns a auto reply of August 2019 in Jan 16, 2020. See below an 2020 auto reply email.

If my visa is ********** like they claim, how did they allow me to South Africa. I flew in with South African Airline. If it is truly **********, why will my school grant me a PhD admission?
