If it were possible to not give a star, then that is the route I would have taken. It is impossible to get through to any administrative office (nationwide) and no email responses at all. I am being charged R 600.00 penalty for wanting to renew my passport before it expires in 6 months but cannot get hold of anyone to tell me why this is the case. How is it possible to be charged a penalty for an application to renew your current passport? A pathetic excuse for a government department.
