Department of Home Affairs Bellville Cape Town, Mr Quincy Shenxany, office manager of the marriage certificate department, is persistent not to answer his phone or reply to his emails!! I have app**** for my late father's marriage certificate on the 31.12.24 and up to today i haven't heard anything back as they promised to sent WhatsApp to let you know you can come fetch it. Because of the matter being so urgent (master of high court requested it) as I stipulated in the email for him. I have been there twice and the security does not want me to enter the building to go make the enquiry, all the numbers and his cellphone number as just being ignored. How rhe hell does this people think a person must get hold of your stuff. I have paid for it the lot and they just not responding. This is a urgent matter and i do not know what to do...
